Hello again

One week after the 24 the High Cascades 100 will take off on 7/19 at 5:30
am with 350 mountain bikers from 4 countries including riders from all over
the United States and if you have any time to help with Volunteering you
get a sweet volunteer shirt, a great meal after and beverages at the
Athletic Club of Bend

Shifts needed are
packet pickup Friday
10:45-3pm or 2:45-7pm at MT Bachelor Village

Or

Day of Saturday at one of 4 aid station locations to assist with the
hydration and movement of riders

Some sweeps are also needed as well to stalk riders down!

2 Volunteers means you can do this for no cost in 2015....so let me know
and I hope to see u at the High Cascades 100
