Brand new never used wheel. This is the 2013 model Powertap Pro hub, laced 32 cross to a Velocity A23 wheel. I mounted a tire and cassette but never put it on a bike it, so they rims are untouched by a brake pad. The cassette is still on there and I'll include it if you want.
