Last week at PIR we had 23 women at the event! I believe that is the

largest attended women's event since Cascade and Tour of Willamette. The

District Crit had only 15 women and that was in 3 categories!!!! The really

cool thing has been the number of beginning CAt 4 women and Masters women

that have come out.





I proposed that we pull every chick that we know that races a bike and

encourage them to come out to the AUgust 28th event. I will start scouting

around for prizes and will offer $300 cash if we can surpass the 30 mark.



That would make us the largest field out there!!



I know we can do it. dust off those huffy's and plan on coming out on the

28th ( You can come out tonight also if you want to practice!)
