I will need a room to rent in the next few months. Im looking to pay 400 at the most, including all utilities.

I need to be on the east side - north of clinton, south of fremont, and west of 60th ave. Could do a 6 mo. lease, but prefer month to month.

Me: 30. Works full time m-f 8-4. Likes it quiet. Will prob never have people over - I socialize outside the domicile. My gf has her own place, so realistically will spend only about 50% of nights at the place that I rent, maybe less.

Would prefer to move Nov. 1, but could also push it up into October.
