Hello OBRAland! First let me say that this event IS NOT OBRA SANCTIONED but you do sign a waiver and please wear a helmet. The Dirty Dozen Alleycat presented by Team S&M is a scavenger hunt style road race around Portland this Saturday August 9th! The race is a benefit for The Oregon Food Bank. Entry fee is 6 cans of food per person. This is a team event for teams of up to 5 (or more if you like) and each team must have at least one woman. Custom trophies for top 3 teams. Raffle ticket for cool prizes to every racer.Additional raffle tickets will be available for $1 each. Grand prize for the team that donates the most during the race is a 5 person pass to The Lumberyard Indoor Bike park and other fab prizes. Start location is ReRack-2240 NE Sandy Blvd. Race start is 9:30 am, reg opens at 8:00 am. Each team will be given a manifest with addresses to find and tasks to complete. THERE IS A DONUT LE MANS START with donuts provided by Stacatto Gelato. Each team must eat 1 dozen donuts
at the start. That is the only eating for the rest of the race. We promise! This is a fund raiser for the Oregon Food Bank so teams can pay to penalize other teams with shenanigans at each stop. 20 team limit and we still have spots open.
