It may be the obvious things, but I have forgotten these last year once or twice:

Rubber boots
A changing towel or beer for trade to use a changing tent
Multi-Tool
A patch or two, and a tube (Neutral support can provide these most of the time though)

I like my portable power washer but on the cheaper side. Latex gloves
(wear under normal gloves for warmth, putting on embro, ect), Towels, quick
canopy, beer, floor pump or battery powered pump.
