Yes, she can race both (I think even on the same day, as long as she has the correct numbers). A is A. Using Candi's example from this morning (which may have gotten buried in the peeing debate): You cannot race in two categorized categories. i.e. you cannot ride Beginner and Cat C. You can Ride Cat C and Masters C. or Cat C and 50+ or SS.
Hopefully somebody will correct me if I am wrong, but this is my understanding.
