looking for a cheap ($100-$200?) frame and fork for a bike i can not feel bad about about running into the ground. dont care about material or weight or condition just not damaged to the point of not safe. English BB preferred, i have old 9spd ultegra 600 i am going to throw on there. advice or suggestions welcome. hope i didnt leave anything out!
