This is a very important clinic to gain the basics to race cross this fall.

Learn to dismount and mount your bike quickly, hop off and carry or lift your

bike over obstacles, and run up the hills that are too steep to pedal. Bring

your mountain bike, cross bike if you have one, or convert a road bike to a

cross bike. We can help with that at the clinic.

Every Tuesday through October 6:15 till dark



Some practice, coaching, and a short race each evening.

To get there From I-5 take exit 189, 30th Avenue to Hilyard to West Amazon.

South on West Amazon stay on West Amazon past Fox Hollow take a Right on

Larch, left on Hillside, a right on Mahalo. The clinic will start in the

soccer field below the school.
