Hey Folks,

Just a couple of notes:

Crit champs have been awarded to the Vancouver Crit.

Still haven't come to a decision with OBRA CX Champs.

Crusade schedule has been finalized so please send in your dates.

Annual party is February 7th at Chris King in PDX.

Anticipating that the rules meeting will be 1 week before on the 31st
or the 1st.

We are currently analyzing the Bachelor litigation and I've been in
touch with the GM of Bachelor to see whether there needs to be a push
for a legislative fix. Re: waivers. The ski areas will be
discussing this and if any action is required we'll be involved. I am
also reviewing our waivers and policies to see if there needs to be
any changes made. An initial review shows probably not- but we may
add some language.

We are also monitoring the mountain bike event litigation as that may
have an impact on our operations. (OBRA is not involved in that
litigation)
