I don't have small hands, but I love my Ergon grips. I think they come in other sizes, and if you find some that fit your hands I find they vastly reduce the effort for me.

So I have little hands (and little feet, must be a descendent of carnies)
and want to find some mtn bike grips that allow me hold on without so much
work. My pinky's are pretty much worthless. Half tempted to just run some
sport tape on my bars.

Any advice out there?
