Hi Candy,



My name is Susan Otcenas and I'm the president of TeamEstrogen.com. We

are a women's cycling & triathlon apparel internet retailer located here

in Hillsboro. Renata Hahn is one of my employees.



We are looking to fill another job opening and were wondering if you

would be willing to post it on the OBRA e-mail list.   We prefer to hire

female cyclists, and have previously advertised for and found

employees/candidates on the Cycle Oregon list and through the BTA.



We are currently seeking a female cyclist to work in our warehouse in

Hillsboro.



Primary duties include:

*Processing returns and exchanges

*Assisting customers on the phone



Other duties as needed will include:

*Packing and processing outbound orders

*Checking in inventory

*Other general warehouse work



The ideal candidate:

*can work 25-30 hours per week, and has a desire to work full-time

within a year

*has some flexibility during peak seasons (mid-summer, November/December

shopping season). Neither evenings nor weekends are required, but

flexibility would be appreciated.

*has general proficiency in Word/Excel and is comfortable learning

new/unfamiliar computer tasks

*has a pleasant speaking voice and is comfortable speaking on the phone

*enjoys a varied work environment and is able to multi-task effectively



Racing experience is not required (most of our customers do not race).

Recreational/touring/commuting cyclists are encouraged to apply!
