My wife and I have recently decided to purchase a home that will be

completed on December 15th. We are searching for someone to who can take

over the lease to our apartment and help us out. I am offering a $100

referral bonus to anyone who can help us get someone in our apartment. We

can move out any time between now and December 15th, and we don't have a

nicest and newest facilities in Beaverton.

Rent: $769.00 per month

if you sign a new lease of your own you not only get the referral bonus, but

also all of the move in concession Center Pointe currently offers (i.e. One
