Cow bells can be found at any feed store or farm store such as Coastal Farm.

I am going to be racing 'cross this season. I am sure that there are

lots of riders with better fitness than me so I was going to race

C's. As I recall, Cross Crusade had races for A, B, C, and Beginner.

At Hood River this coming weekend, they list C's as beginner. I don't

belong in the beginner category and I think I don't stand a chance in

the B cat.

To the other cat C riders out there, do you intend to move up to B or race C?

One other question, my wife needs a cow bell for the races. Where can

we get one?

I have 3 different sized cowbells for sale at the velodrome. Remind me at

the Akpenrose race and I will give you a choice, Remind your wife not to

ring it anywhere near the finish area!
