Room for rent is on the second floor, burgundy in color, two closets, cable outlet, with west and south facing windows. Available furnished.

Responsible, but knows how to have fun, open-minded, very clean, respectful, monetary funds are sufficient, into nature/outdoors.
Household info:
I have two kitties, own the home, we are a couple, and race downhill mountain bikes. No dogs.
