I got about 8 of them with my last post. If you also find
this to be very annoying, you can set up a rule (for MS
Outlook and probably even Outlook Express users).
Go to Tools -> Rules Wizard. Click NEW.
Select Check Messages when they arrive, click NEXT
scroll down, find "which is an out of office..." check
the box. You can also check more boxes, like having
'[OBRA Chat]' in the subject line. click NEXT
Scroll down, check the DELETE IT box. Click FINISH.
So any out of office message will automatically be
deleted. Rules are pretty cool, and you could just
as easily set up a rule to move all obra emails to
their own folder, to kind of pre-sort your email.
