During my neighborhood and waterfront bike theft stakeout I made contact
with a guy 10-2 that tryed to sell me this bike I plan to recover it so if
you know who owns it I need serial number and owners name. I generally chrge
10% of retail forr these recoveries due to the risk involved so ask around
