The knights of the cross crusade welcomed record number of riders today for
the opening event at Alpenrose Dairy. An outstanding 527 riders came out on
this beautiful fall day to try their hand that this sport called cyclocross.
Record number of fields were held with 49 riders in the single speed
(including two riders in Speedos) and almost 30 Masters Women. Results will
be forthcoming.
