I hate to cast judgement, but thought I should put this out there in case you are missing a black carbon dual suspension bike.
Possibly stolen bike sighted under the Hayden Island/Jantzen Beach bike path tunnel that takes you south from the I-5 bridge, possibly a Yeti.
All black. Looks like it has a dropper post. Can't really describe the folks with the bike, but there were three of them sitting in the tunnel about 30 minutes ago.
