The Beaverton Bicycle Club has begun their indoor winter training. This has
proven to be very effective with many, many local & national medals by our
racers. We have riders from 10 to 60 years of age getting better & having a
good time.

Guests & parents are welcome.

The details: M-W-F evenings 6:30, The Bingo Building, Project Room, 4830
Western Ave. Beaverton Yes I can answer questions!

PS: The Bingo Building is home for over 50 Olympic Posters, a Heisman
Trophy, and memorabilia from the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame. It is even a
nice place to play bingo.

One word: fixed-gear. :-) (OK, I'm just plugging the River City
Fixed-Gear Ride, Saturdays @9:00, starting in October! But seriously,
ride everyday, and in funky wet conditions, nothing is better than a
fixed-gear...for many reasons!)

Does anyone have any recommendations on who might be able to point me in the right direction for training? I can't spend hundreds of dollars a month, just something that gets me started. Thanks!
