PS. My point is sometimes we simply cannot keep all irrelevant information

and opinions out, to be politically correct..... we feel the urge to talk to

Yeah, but it's so popular among knuckle heads to utilize non-political

forums to spout off about political issues. I believe anyone who posts

"political BS" on this forum should be put on an official OBRA "list of

shame" and be scorned heavily by everyone at races (you know general dirty

looks and obscene gestures) or be forced to run the "bicycle pump" gauntlet

so popular in Europe.



Whichever punishment OBRA finds most appropriate is fine with me. The

punishment would occur at every race or at the person's residence until they

beg shamelessly for forgiveness.

  small fence with enough contaminant to be effective. While this is

possible, it is not technically easy given the amount of material that

would

  be required. A single guy jumping the fence with a back pack wouldn't

do

  it. The threat of terrorism is really a smoke screen in this issue as

it

 has

  been in many other issues since 9/11. The probability of other

catastrophic

  events both individually and on a community scale is much greater.

Surface

  water sources do get contaminated in non-intentional ways but so do

underground water sources.
