I revisited cyclocross again this year, this time strictly as an
observer/photographer.
I have to admit that as much as I understand about the suffering involved
and as realistic as I am about ever finishing "in the beer", I still get the
urge to do it again. I might still, but my shoulder has to heal first
(another story entirely). Just watching those guys hoist their bikes made
me wince sometimes.

If you find errors or technical problems with the page, please let me know
right away, as it was a bit of a rushed production.
If you have any interest in being a spectator to a sport where you can truly
get "up close and personal", bike racing, and particular cyclocross racing
is a fantastic option. The riders love getting cheered on. In most cases,
it's their only reward for their efforts.
