No pedals included. I probably have a set of Shimano 105 pedals I could throw in for cheap, though.

It has a new chain, stem, and just about new brake pads and tires. The cable housing for the rear brake needs to be replaced, but I've been running it as is. It has a BB30 bottom bracket. It spins fine but can be creaky on the road, so it might be worth it for you to pop new bearings in there.

Priced low because I let this bike tip over onto a trainer when it was new, so there is a dent in the top tube as you can see in the Craigslist ad linked below. It's sizable, but it's not in a structurally significant location. I've ridden and raced this bike for over a year since then with no changes, worries, or problems. I still sit on the top tube at stoplights and all that, so I'm fully confident in its integrity. It's also only $950, so it has that going for it. ^_^
