Candi, Just to reiterate,
Any licenses purchased after November 1st will not expire until Dec 31,04.
We are going pack to annual licenses. Riders Cat two may ride as a B. I am
checking on our funds to possibly allow one or two additional refs. But at
this point I think Randy would rather have the two most experienced(from
your email I assume that is Terri and Lynn?) I will get back with you after
I hear from Shawn.
