Obraland, Regarding Mike Murray's e-mail concerning Insurance for
accidents:
For those that are racing and training without any type of
Hospital/Medical coverage or if your health insurance plan excludes high
risk sports (bicycle racing is usually listed) I have an option for you.
I can offer you group rates for both general health insurance and for
accident insurance that will cover you 24/7 and allows you to go to any
hospital nationwide. Our accident coverage has several options from
covering 50%, 80% or 100% of a hospitalization with deductibles ranging
from $0 to $2400. You can also choose several Emergency Room options
and can tie in several other benefits you may need like Dental, Vision
or one of four different Disability options. I am also able to set
people up with Health Insurance and Life Insurance if needed. For the
24/7 accident coverage the cost is not subject to an age variable and
the range is $35 to $73 per month depending on coverage and deductible
selected. This also covers on the job (work related) injuries for
those that do not have workman's comp.
