Just wanting to see if there is any intrest of a

spinning class in the Canby/Oregon City area. I have

been hired at a health club in Canby to be a spin

instructor. I do race and my classes are centered

around racing by doing mock races and structured

interval training. Our bikes are expected sometime in

October.

Classes are Free with a club membership which is $59

or $79 (depending on the package) plus $33 per month

    ****OR*****

You could pay $8 per day of club use...which would

allow you to take the class and also work out.



If intrested please email me...The club employees have

not been instructed in answering spinning questions

due to this still being in the planning stage, so

don't call the club.
