Hi everyone, if you're not racing 'cross and want a fun time on a mt bike, join myself, Wenzel Coaching and The Lumberyard Bike Park at Black Rock for a shuttle day to help benefit the fabulous trail system!
And, during the morning I will be holding free skills coaching at the Basic Training freeride feature area for any level. Learn to drop, ride on wooden features, intro to jumps and pumping!
