After reviewing, I realized I was kinda shooting high with the price.
Reynolds off set carbon tubular wheel set. Very true, braking surface isn't pristine, but lots of miles left. They have a almost brand new pair of TUFO Elite Road tires glued up on them. Front hub is Reynolds and the rear is White Industries, both are buttery smooth. All the decals have been removed.
