People that like bikes and like other people that like bikes and also like
to have a place to live, read on:

I live in a house with a guy named Sam and he's a super nice guy and he
rides bikes and races cross and all that stuff. My room is going to be
available anytime between mid-November and mid-December.

The house is two floors, with a small basement storage area. You'd share
the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and large backyard with Sam.

Between the basement area, large garden shed, and upstairs closets, I've
managed to store five bicycles, a bunch of camping gear, and a large
collection of automotive and bicycle tools.

The house is rented at $1850 and your share of the rent would be $925. I
think utilities are generally pretty low but I don't have a figure offhand
...
