Kruger's Crossing - Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who came out to Kruger's Farm yesterday to race, cheer, and/or volunteer. What a fun race - on a gorgeous November day - to wrap up the 2016 Portland cyclocross season!

We counted close to 500 racers (plus another 100+ kids and doggie racers) and - from what we could tell - everyone had a great time on and off the course! Results of all races have been posted on OBRA. Photos are forthcoming and will be posted on our web site.

A big thanks to our title sponsor West End Bikes and our other generous sponsors Bob's Red Mill, Hopworks Urban Brewing, Dave's Killer Bread, Showers Pass, Chris King, Icebreaker, Nossa Familia, Specialized, and Gevenalle. A major shout to the folks of Portland Design Works for putting on the much-enjoyed CX Doggie Dash Championship, Portland Fender Company for their help with the kids races, and the great OBRA crew.

Last but not least, our heartfelt thanks to Don Kruger and everyone at Kruger's Farm for the great venue and their help in making it all happen!

In 2016, we'll be back with more bike races at Kruger's Farm, including the Kruger's Kermesse CX Farm Crit (Sunday Sep 18) and the 11th edition of the Kruger's Crossing CX Classic (Sunday Nov 20).

And of course, we hope you will come race the other popular Portland Racing events: the Portland Short Track Series (Mondays June 6 through August 1) and the Six Hours of Mount Hood (Sunday July 3).

So mark your calendars and start figuring out your winning winter training strategy... but first, time to relax and enjoy the holidays.

Cheers!
