Hi OBRA,

I'm looking for recruits for the 2015--2016 collegiate cycling season. If
you are a full-time student either winter or spring term (or both) then you
are eligible to race in the USA Cycling Collegiate program. While the team
focus is on the collegiate road racing season March--May, you can certainly
race in other disciplines. The team has school funding that pays for race
entry, team travel in vans, and lodging for several full weekends of
racing. There is a membership fee of $100 or $250 depending on how many
races you want to do, and racers need to buy USAC collegiate licenses as
well as PSU kits (jersey is a minimum to race).

Overall, collegiate racing is a fun and unique racing experience. Please
email cycling@pdx.edu if you have questions and are interested in joining.
Also check out our PSU Tumblr-- psucycling.tumblr.com. PSU historically has
had a strong team in the Northwest Conference and I'm hoping to make that
the case again this year. Women are encouraged to join! So far we have a
number of women on the team, so you won't be racing alone.
