At present, OBRA does not have any internal rules which address the issue of

doping. There are rules that allow OBRA to recognize sanctions levied by

other organizations. I believe that OBRA should adopt some anti doping

rules. Is there anyone who would be interested in participating in

formatting proposed rule changes to cover anti doping?
