Hi OBRA,

My girlfriend has been looking for a pannier that does double duty as a backpack. We've found a pannier/backpack made by North St, but it's smaller than she'd like -- she wants something with about the same capacity as her current 40L Ortlieb pannier.

Anyone know of any big pannier/backpacks out there?
