Hi OBRA,



You might remember an email I sent out about two months ago looking for

someone to take over our lease. Well, we still haven't found anyone so

we've got a new offer. We are looking for someone to sit on our lease

(sub-lease) until our lease ends at the beginning of July 2004. We'll

subsidize the rent for anyone who'd like to move in. Here are the details



Center Pointe Apartments

Beaverton 1/2 mile south of Nike

2 Bed, 1 Bath with washer and dryer, and vaulted ceilings (~1,000 square

feet)

Clubhouse with workout facility, pool, and hot tub

Rent is $769.00 per month, but we'll pay $100.00 of it.

Water, power, cable, and phone are not included in the rent.



My wife and I will be moving out over the course of this month. Please let

me know if you can help us out or know someone who is looking for a nice

place to live.
