My 4-week, 8-class program that runs Tuesday's and Saturdays at 7:30-8:30pm starts this TUESDAY MARCH 1st at CrossFit 503 in SW Portland. Cost is $99 and covers everything from the basic to more complex barbell movements that are ideal for increasing your whole-body strength on the bike (Back, Front Squat, Deadlift, Clean). If you have any interest on getting on the VELODROME this season, or finishing crits and road races with a strong sprint - this is perfect timing to start your lifting. We will also cover mobility issues, appropriate programming for weights while riding in season, and touch on nutrition. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified sports nutritionist with the international society of sports nutrition and a crossfit level 1 coach.
