Barbell Basics in SOUTH WEST PORTLAND at CrossFit 503 starts tomorrow TUESDAY March 1st at 7:30pm. We'll be going over squat fundamentals and making our way into the front squat. If you haven't front squatted before... what are you doing in the gym? Curls in the squat rack? We'll break the movement down, find areas we need to mobilize in, and get a good workout in. We currently have 4 spots filled so this will be a great small group to learn in. All levels welcome. Cost is $99 for 8-classes throughout the 4-week program that ends at the end March.
