$150 firm takes it all. Not interested in parting anything out or offers. This is a really really good deal for what you're getting. Basically add wheelset and saddle to this setup and you got a bike.
I built this up for winter and had intentions of riding it but only got out once. It's a well used frame but should withstand the next apocalypse. Has a fun geometry and respectable weight.
I'm in Portland area but I might be in Hood River at some point this weekend(but you Hoodrats all ride squishy bikes, right?)
