Ed,

You are simply saying the same thing I did. :) My only point is that
unless
one were to witness the event, it really doesnt do any good to pile on
the
negative review. I have no doubt as to the events that Nita and Nick
observed.
I just questin the wisdom of others getting involved who didnt see the
incident.

Respectfully,

Joe

Sorry, Joe, but I must disagree.   The "he said, she said" aspect is irrelevant. Early in my career I was a prosecutor and I'll say a majority of cases were established beyond a reasonable doubt solely on the contradictory eyewitness evidence.  In this case, I choose to believe Nita and Nick's account.  As to the reviews, people should have a fully informed choice as to who they are giving their hard earned money to. Of course, in this case many potential customers may view this incident as a positive.

No one wins, everyone loses. Wayne will eventually get his just
deserts, especially if he behaves this way around several people.

Let the victims do the ranking. Everyone else is better to avoid
this pissing contest.

As much as Wayne's behaviour was 'illegal', to make a statement
by tearing down his company puts us as no better then he is. His
behaviour may have been reprehensible, but no one else saw it but
the victims. This comes across as a 'He said, They said' argument.
No one wins, everyone loses. Wayne will eventually get his just
deserts, especially if he behaves this way around several people.

Let the victims do the ranking. Everyone else is better to avoid

You could share your experience as a google review so that people understand Wayne's character a bit.

"Rolling coal" is illegal because tampering with emissions equipment on vehicles is illegal. Some people do the mods as a display against environmentalists. To do it on cyclists or pedestrians is just wrong to me on a whole different level.

Cops can't really do anything about it unless they see it happen and then care to do something about it. They can't really examine the vehicle based on your account. They can ask but as you've said, Wayne didn't say anything...
