I e-mailed Dennis Peck at the Oregonian the link for this weekends event and

the link for the OBRA schedule with a short synopsis on which races would

likely attraction National competition (for road races that is). I told him

I wasn't sure about the Mtn. bike races for National competition. Maybe

someone could send him that.

I also saw the "time to do our part" and called into KGW news Channel 8

,with speaking to the news production team there , they said the team that

cover weekend events aren't in till Thursday as they work Thurs - Sun .

I have the 2 names Amber Shoebridge ashoeb-@kgw.com

<mailto:ashoeb-@kgw.com> and Wayne Bliesner wbliesner@kgw these are the

people that run with the weekend stories and coverage.

Maybe Club Vivo as the promoters wants to email them with details etc , it

seems that anyone that is contacted is going to want certain information

about the weekends event , I suggest that we send the same strong message to

all these media contacts .

Club Vivo (Brad Ross , Brian Witty) can you put something together that you

are happy to stand behind.

I am more than happy to email these guys and get a call into them Thursday ,

Cheers

Josh

If someone could send me a cycling schedule and

recreational races, which are world-class races, and
