Still a few spots left!! Day of registration is OK, just let me know if you're coming. I ordered up a port a potty and some great weather for Saturday's trail clinics at Cascade Locks, and saved some fun to share at The Lumberyard on Sunday evening for beginner women.
Saturday March 26th at Cascade Locks easyCLIMB trail system we start our beginner/intermediate MTB skills class in the morning (10 am), and our advanced/intermediate group in the afternoon at 2.
And Sunday evening, March 27, is our next Beginner Ladies class at The Lumberyard, the place to learn and practice skills indoors that will make you a better rider outdoors, too.
These clinics are for any rider wanting to gain confidence and build on basic trail skills. Throughout these series Coach Elaine Bothe and Associate Coach Rhonda Morin will help you fine tune your body position on the bike, corners including switchbacks and berms, braking techniques, visual skills, line choice and trail reading, negotiating rocky terrain, trail survival and bail-out techniques, race strategy and much more. This week, the advanced group will work especially on slow technical moves in preparation for next week's intro to technical features class at Sandy Ridge.
Advanced/intermediate and the Lumberyard classes are limited to 10.
