Wednesday Night Hour of Speed6040 N Cutter Circle
Swan Island7-8pm

A fast flat .7 mile circuit is the perfect place to form up in two columns, then rotate in a paceline.Once the paceline is at cruizing speed, key players are identified to form up at the back and Attack!Lapping the field as fast as possible, they get a great eyeball popping speed interval in. Everyone gets a chance to lap the field.(feeling tired? sit out a lap or two - they come around again)
At about 7:45pm the sprints begin with the call "three laps to go!" Usually two or so are set up, often with a choreographed lead-out.
