Race organizers who would like to have their events considered for

inclusion in the FIAC 2004 National Points Series are invited to read

http://www.fiac.us/nps.htm . NPS races must include events for at least



two of the following four classes: Elite Women, Elite Men, Junior Men,

and

Master Men 35+. Such races must have a permit from one of the FIAC

member

associations but there are no additional financial obligations to the

organizer. The deadline for submitting 2004 events is December 31,

2003.
