After some more research, I now believe the Paramount was the 53rd frame
made by Schwinn in December of 1971.

23" frame with fancy chrome lugs and metallic purple paint. I did enough
research to figure out it's from the 80's and built by Waterford. Here's
the serial number if you want to try and find out more: L7153
It has long Campagnolo drop outs. The right one has been replaced. It
looks like a competent repair but the chrome is gone on that drop out.
Fortunately, the serial number is on the left drop out.
There is a very small dent on the top tube near the seat tube but the
paint is unbroken there. Some decals are missing but reproductions are
available.
Unfortunately or fortunately depending on you perspective, it has been
"upgraded" with 10 speed Record throughout.
I'm not sure If I want to part it out or sell it as a whole. it can come
with tubular wheels, clinchers or both if the offer is right.
I don't have an asking price I'm just gauging interest to see if anyone
on this list might want all or part of it.
Pics on request.
I'm open to interesting trades, trades plus cash or just cash.
