Thanks to all of the racers and spectators that braved the elements to come

out and take part in this past weekends 2003 National Cyclocross

Championships. All of you guys were awesome, and collectively, we

officially stamped Oregon as THE hotbed of Cyclocross in this country.

Thanks again!

A very special thanks to a hard working corp of volunteers this weekend. We

had too many volunteers to list everyone, so I am wrapping you all up in one

big warm fuzzy hug of thanks from the Cross Crusade. I would like to point

out a few individuals that basically gave several DAYS out of their own

lives to help us pull this event off. They are: Renee Pype, Evelyn West,

Donovan Grabowski, Doug Smith, Brody Anderson and Paul Riso. There was also

the fabulous duo of Ted and Tim (I cannot remember either of their last

names as I type this) that worked the gate for many, many hours on the first

two days- you know who you are- thanks a bunch! They all deserve a big pat

on the back when you see them next time.
