We will give BAr point to the cat 3's in both the 3/4 event and 1/2/3
event. If the first Cat 3 places 4th in the 1/2/3 he will get 19 points
and they will go to the cat 3 BAR (unless they specify that they want them
to go to the Sr BAR). Likewise the CAt 3's will be separated out from the
3/4's. THE BIG DIFFERENCE IS - if you are looking for upgrade points (to a
CAT 2) you can only earn them in the 1/2/3 field.
