Cleaning out the garage and getting rid of some dust gatherers to a good home. I have a Cyclops Fluid 2 trainer with the three-position block to lift up the front wheel. The frame has seen some miles but is still perfectly sound. The resistance unit only has about 10 hours of riding on it since it was replaced under warranty last year.

This trainer is a great way to train with power without having to plunk down big bucks for a fancy trainer or power meter. TrainerRoad (and I assume other similar apps) has mapped the power curve for this trainer so it can estimate how much power you're generating by how fast you're going. That way all you need is an ANT+ speed sensor and you're training with watts! It's not perfect but I used it that way for quite a while and I found it to be very consistent.
