Wanted to give an OBRAite first chance before we list it elsewhere. Great location, less then a mile to St. John's Bridge for great access to Dirty 30, Sauvie Island and the "climbs", bike lane/route out back door, bus stop across street, less then a mile to everything one needs to "survive" including but not limited to: Starbucks/Safeway/Freddies/Beer Porches cart pod and of course the amazing Mexican food at Tienda Santa Cruz which, if ya don't know ya betta as sumbody! Easy ride to summertime evenings at PIR or a casual roll over to Kelly's Point Park or Smith/Bybee Lakes. 4.8miles of bike lane bliss to the adidas world domination headquarters and 1.7mi to marinated tofu at New Seasons. Why pay $1500-$1800 for a 2 bedroom "dorm room" when you can be straight maxin' and relaxin' in your own private crib, grillin' tofurky dogs in the backyard while tuning your ride in the comfort of your spacious "bike room" aka garage.
