I have a Thule tray bike rack for sale: fork mount. Several years old but in fine shape: precursor to this: https://www.thule.com/en-us/us/bike-rack/roof-bike-racks/thule-prologue-516xt-_-1689835
It has a lock and key, and attaches to the rectangular thule bars. Works great, I just shuffled cars and not longer have a Thule rack to put this on.
I will be at Alpenrose this weekend, and can snap a picture or two on request. $30.
