Hi -- I'm building up and refurbishing old bikes for donations to a refugee resettlement program (administered by Catholic Charities).
I have a bike that needs a singlespeed, 120 spaced rear wheel (700c).It can be cheap, it can be ugly, as long as it can take a freewheel and is spaced 120.
Twin top tubes make the bike risky to spread so I'm refurbishing it as the singlespeed it once was.
I don't have much of a budget for this -- I've been paying for everything out of pocket so far -- but I could pay up to about 25 bucks or so for something. I can provide a tire, tube and rim strip.
Please email me OFF list if you can help! The rest of the bike is ready to go and the only thing that's hanging me up is a rear wheel.
