Everything looks like it is coming together for another great edition of
the Thump Coffee High Desert Omnium this weekend. Weather looks perfect so
come out and race! All race details are on our website
but here are a few
reminders...

- Pre-registration ends *TONIGHT at 7PM*. This is to enable us to
generate a TT start list for Saturday. TT start times will be listed on our
website here . You can
still register for individual events or the omnium onsite but it will cost
you more $$ and you may or may not be riding the TT at the same time as
your competition.
- Juniors have their own omnium which includes a TT and crit and they
can race for free if they pre-register.
- While we had to combine the women's road race into 1 field, we plan on
having a separate 4/5 women's crit if we get 5 or more racing (currently we
have 4).
- The road race is both an *Oregon Cup* race for the men and a *Women's
Prestige Series* race for the women
- We use OBRA race numbers and you will need them on your right side and
low back for all 3 events.
- Wheels in, wheels out for the road race unless enough folks bring
wheels to make them neutral (this will be announced prior to each race).
- The top 3 finishers in every category in every race wins something and
we will have awards for the overall Omnium in the Edison Butte snow park
lot ASAP after the women finish their road race on Sunday.
- We have lots to give away including cash form Thump Coffee
and Galanda Broadman
, WebCyclery gift
cards, Skratch Lab product and overall
Omnium prizes of Deschutes Brewery beer
along with custom Thump Coffee Hydroflask coffee thermoses.
